Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after receiving the product, subject to our Return Policy.

If a cancellation request is approved before shipment:

• A full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method where applicable.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and any payment received will be refunded in full.
