Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The product is unused
• It remains in its original packaging
• All accessories and documentation are included
• The item is damaged during delivery or received incorrectly

Products showing signs of misuse, physical damage caused after delivery, or missing accessories may not qualify for return.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method where applicable.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If your refund is approved, you will receive confirmation via email or phone.
